Is there a good skin care product that will clear skin while improving the health of your skin?

I've noticed that most skin care products are used to treat only acne, or only aging/wrinkles. Are there any products that combine both? I tend to have greasy skin, but it dries out VERY easily with certain products. It's very dry during winter months, but greasier during summer. I also have VERY large pores.


I was looking at "Natural Advantage" skin care line, but don't know if it'll be an effective acne treatment? I want HEALTHY, YOUNG looking skin as well as CLEAR skin. Any suggestions?

Reply:I used to have a bit of acne, mostly around my chin and nose. Then about a year and a half ago, I started using ProActive. After you use it, even just one time, your skin feels... better. And I've been given a few compliments about it now. I guess you could say it kind of glows? Anyways, I'd try it out if you haven't yet.

The mistake most people make is using acne products and not moisturizing. They end up with red irritated and broken out skin. It is essential that you use a good cleanser and if you don't want to spend a lot of money use Cetaphil or another cleanser with salicylic acid in it. Also a lot of the anti aging products do tend to irritate skin and clog pores. Find one that is non-irritating and look at the ingredients closely. In my skin care line I use only hypoallergenic non pore clogging ingredients and it works well on all skin types.
